G2E Asia Postponed to December 2020

Gambling trade show G2E Asia postponed to December 2020 by its organizers. It is the second time organizers rescheduled the Global Gaming Expo Asia. Hopefully, it will push through on December 1 to 3 at Venetian Macau.

Organizers of the events are Reed Exhibitions and the American Gaming Association. The announcement came weeks after the organizers told stakeholders that it would postpone the event from May 2020 to July 2020. Asian and the rest of the world is still suffering from a coronavirus pandemic.

G2E Asia organizers told sportsbook PPH services providers that safety and health is their top priority. They rescheduled the event based on the current global health issue. Also, they consulted with the Macau government and its customers.

Due to the coronavirus, commercial and travel restrictions are still in effect. As a result, it is impossible to push through with the event in July.

Both the American Gaming Association and Reed Exhibitions want to apologize for the change in the schedule. Also, they are grateful for the continued support in the gaming industry. They will continue to monitor the health crisis. Also, they will keep an open line of communication with the local government of Macau, health authorities, and their stakeholders.

Global Gaming Expo Asia is an annual event that’s like its American version. It has exhibitors from all over the region. It showcases the latest products and services from gambling firms across the continent. Some even provide free bookie tutorial and tips during their presentations.

Organizers expect visitors to flock to Macau for the event. However, that is not possible due to the current health conditions in the region. As countries try to flatten the curve, most of them are restricting air travel. Also, large gatherings are prohibited.
