Three Tennessee online sportsbook operators got approval from the state. It is in preparation for the proposed launch on November 1. The Sports Wagering Committee of the Tennessee Education Lottery Board approved licenses for BetMGM, Crown TN Gaming, and the Betfair Interactive.
Also, the regulator gave a license to a supplier and 26 vendors. They are in addition to 13 vendors who got approval in recent months. The committee will convene on October 5 and October 16 to review more applications. Also, they will provide more information from sportsbook firms that got licenses.
All suppliers and licensees need to meet qualifications set by the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation. Also, the Lottery supervises online sports betting in the state. According to gambling software reports, there’s no limit to the number of licenses issued in the state.

The law took effect without the signature of Governor Bill Lee, who didn’t believe that online sports betting is in the best interest of the state.
