MGM Resorts announced that it would launch its Pennsylvania online casino soon. Its mobile app will offer around 140 slot machines and casino games. Also, it is applying for an online sports betting license in the state.
The casino operator hopes that they will get approval for sports betting within the next couple of weeks. To prepare for the launch of its online gambling operations, it signed a partnership with Pittsburgh Steelers. BetMGM said that it was a vital partnership for them.
Pennsylvania is vital online sports betting market as providers try to one-up each other in the state. At present, BetMGM wants to surpass DraftKings, which holds a 23 percent market share in the state.
