Betting and gaming software provider DigitalWin signed a deal with Quick Custom Intelligence or QCI. According to pay per head bookie reports, the latter will incorporate its solutions into DigitalWin’s online gaming and sports betting platform.

DigitalWin will consolidate customer databases post-merger. According to gambling news reports, DW’s gaming platform will allow its operator partners to monitor data such as client preferences and trends in real-time.

By combining these systems, operators can access valuable data and tools for expanding their operations. Another way to improve your operations is to know the bookie mistakes you should avoid.

He said the collaboration will help casinos better manage their clientele by providing a “single perspective into consumer behaviors, activity, and trends.”

According to Brooks, the importance of data analytics, AI, and consumer intelligence in the casino ecosystem is growing. He predicts that the lines between online and traditional retail will blur as consumers “embrace the digital environment.”

The Abénakis de Wôlinak Tribe owns the Grand Royal Wôlinak Casino, and QCI’s chief technology officer, Andrew Cardno, said that the relationship would allow his team to blend a conventional and digital resort experience for the casino. Also, Cardno added that the deal will enable the company to work with tribal nations. Thus, tribal gaming operators can use the software with their online and land-based casinos.

After three fruitful years of working together, QCI deepened its connection with Gaming Dynamics in Australia in May. QCI signed a deal earlier this year to supply its services to the FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Michigan.
